Find in Tulum does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published, and it is the tenant's responsibility to verify all terms before making any commitments.

2. Landlord's Responsibility

All rental conditions, including deposits, payments, and house rules, are established directly by the property owner or manager. Find in Tulum does not intervene in contract negotiations or enforce rental agreements.

3. Payment and Commission Policy

Find in Tulum charges a commission for its brokerage service, agreed upon in advance with the property owner. All rental-related payments must be made directly to the owner or their designated representative.

Find in Tulum is not responsible for errors in payments, fraudulent transactions, or non-compliance by either party. We strongly recommend verifying the landlord’s identity and payment details before making any transfers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation and refund policies are determined solely by the property owner. Find in Tulum does not manage refunds or reservation changes. Tenants should request the cancellation terms in writing before confirming a rental.

5. Contact and Dispute Resolution

For inquiries about availability or rental conditions, Find in Tulum facilitates communication between tenants and property owners. However, we do not handle legal disputes, enforce agreements, or guarantee conflict resolution between the parties.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with any inquiry, booking, or rental process facilitated by Find in Tulum, both the property owner and the tenant acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, releasing Find in Tulum from any legal responsibility arising from the agreement between the two parties.
